- Packages are priced differently for home and business users.
- Business packages are optimised for business hours use, Monday to Friday 6am to 6pm, and home packages are optimised for after hours use.
- Business packages recieve priority support via our 24-hour help desk operators.
- If you are running a business from home you should consider getting the business package because the content ratio is lower and we prioritise support for the business.
- On all packages you are able to conect as many PC's as you like.
- All packages are payable in advance by debit order. There is no minimum contract period. Installation charge is due upon completion of installation.
- Please note that on all home uncapped packages all file sharind; peer-to-peer ect. is blocked. No 10 day Threshhold.
- Installation Pricing: Earnest Web Installation from R 2850.00. Self install with telephone support R2000.00.(Earnest Web supply client with accessories.)
- Rental Pricing: Earnest Web Installation R1000.00 once off. A 12-month contract must be signed with Earnest Web wireless internet. Rental @ R200.00 pm. Standard installation terms apply.

PLEASE NOTE: These are our current settings we plan to use - however, they may change in the future.
- On signing up to our Shaped Uncapped product you will get our standard service. (i.e. certain ports are shaped somewhat and web and email are prioritised.)
- After you have moved 10 GBs you will be moved into a different category whereby certain ports will be shaped more aggressively. However, web and email will still be prioritised.
- After moving a total of 20 GBs you will be moved into a different category where your line speed is throttled to 256 kbps per second and certain shaping protocols are in place.
- After moving a total of 30 GBs then you will be moved into a category where you will be throttled to 128 kbps. Certain shaping protocols will also be in place here.
- You will never be capped.
- If you use this account for heavy downloading then you WILL be throttled at some point in the month so please think about whether this account is for you.
- Please note: The above explanation is how we are currently planning on dealing with accounts Shaped Uncapped but we do reserve the right to change these at any time - The bottom line is that if you intend to use this account for heavy downloading you will be shaped and throttled at some time.
